The complete framework
“What Are We?”
A tool for understanding your relationships
English / Español
This book teaches you how to see.
Twelve dimensions of connection. A visual mapping system. A language precise enough to show you what's actually between you and another person. Without reducing it to a label, a score, or a diagnosis.
It was written for the connections you've been trying to understand, the ones you've been discarding, and the ones you didn't realise were already holding you.
What readers are saying
A whole different view on relationships
I promise you this is not one more guru-coaching-like book. It actually changed my perception and interpretation of my own relationships, which also led to more clarity about the circle I want to nurture.
I stopped being so impulsive in jumping to conclusions about the depth of love and friendship I had in my relationships and started understanding them in a different way: not every relationship will nurture every dimension of your life, and there's nothing wrong with it. But you can also make better choices regarding how you nurture your relationships based on this book.
The best part is that it doesn't leave you hanging on how to apply the theory in your life; it provides practical tools, which I appreciate, because I often struggle to apply out-of-the-box theories in my life.

This Book Helped Me Understand My Relationships Better
I rarely write reviews for books, but "What are we?" truly deserves one.
This book helped me look at relationships from a completely different perspective. Instead of just focusing on surface behaviors or communication tips, it explains the deeper "codes" that drive how we relate to each other. Reading it helped me recognize patterns in my own relationships that I had never noticed before.
What I appreciated most is that the ideas are not just theoretical — they are practical. As I started applying the concepts, I found myself responding differently in conversations, understanding people better, and experiencing less conflict and more connection.
For me personally, it was eye-opening and genuinely helpful.
(P.s I take it everywhere with me, even on my travels)!

Excellent read to unpack relationship choices and dynamics
I haven't finished it yet, but it already has made me question many things about my relationships. The rest looks promising, and also it's really short and easy to read. It arrived in less than a week and in good condition.

Highly recommended
There's a lot of wisdom in this book, and it genuinely changed how I think about relationships. It introduces a clear and thoughtful way to understand connection that feels novel but also very natural and easy to grasp. The case studies were really helpful for demonstrating how the theory maps onto real life. I think basically anyone could take a thing or two from this book, I thought it was great!
